These principles are designed to appear consistently on future order acknowledgments, receipts, confirmation emails, service tickets, and automated intake records.
Your direction
You define what you need, the objective, subject, audience, source information, must-have requirements, factual details, exclusions, relevant references, and technical constraints.
Our interpretation
Unless a service explicitly states otherwise, J GIL Brothers determines the creative execution: wording, style, arrangement, pacing, structure, aesthetic direction, interpretation, and presentation.
You are purchasing J GIL Brothers creativity and execution—not unlimited production labor for an uncommunicated predetermined result.
Reasonable revisions
Revisions refine the delivered project within the original purchased scope. Where revisions apply, requests should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
A new concept, entirely new direction, new source material, substantial expansion, different deliverables, or repeated subjective restarts may require a new order or additional scope.
Corrections we own
Creative discretion never excuses missing purchased deliverables, factual mistakes attributable to J GIL Brothers, corrupted files, the wrong service, or clear failure to follow agreed technical requirements. Those issues should be corrected appropriately.
Creative preference
Subjective disagreement with a reasonable style, wording, structure, arrangement, visual treatment, or interpretation does not automatically make the delivered work defective.
Scope failure
Failure to deliver the purchased service, agreed deliverables, accurate supplied facts, usable files, or explicit technical requirements is a delivery issue—not creative discretion.

Fulfillment
Standard one-off creative services target approximately 48-hour fulfillment where stated. Management follows an ongoing monthly schedule. Complex or custom orders may require a separately agreed timeline.
Mixed orders follow the applicable order-level fulfillment timeline. Partial delivery is not promised unless specifically agreed.
AI transparency
Depending on the service, J GIL Brothers may use AI-assisted workflows, automation, digital tools, human creative review, direct human creation, or a combination of these methods.
AI-assisted work is not represented as purely manual, and private internal systems are not exposed as part of delivery.
Customer materials
You are responsible for having permission to provide and use photos, logos, trademarks, music, writing, personal likenesses, proprietary materials, and other uploaded or reference assets.
J GIL Brothers does not automatically acquire ownership of customer-provided materials merely because they are supplied for a project.
No performance guarantees
Creative, branding, social, music, management, and consultation services do not guarantee revenue, followers, virality, engagement, sales, business success, platform reach, or commercial licensing outcomes unless separately contracted.
